Savannah Build is a civil engineering and technical consultancy based in Lisbon, providing independent support to property owners, buyers, investors and condominium managers.
Our services include property inspections, building defect assessments, apparent structural condition evaluations, technical reports, scopes of work, estimated quantities and renovation monitoring.
The consultancy is led by Civil Engineer Brenda Duarte Castro, a registered member of the Portuguese Order of Engineers (OE No. 91568), with professional experience in construction supervision, building inspections, rehabilitation works and the assessment of defects such as moisture, water infiltration and cracking.
We provide clear, practical and independent technical guidance, helping international clients understand the condition of their property, define repair priorities, compare contractors’ proposals and monitor works in Portugal.
